Thomas Ekman
Thomas has been the CEO of Axel Johnson since September 2023. He has held several leading positions, including CEO of Tele2 Sweden, CEO of Cabonline, and most recently CEO of Dustin, which was and still is part of the Axel Johnson group. He also has a background in the Kinnevik group, where he has held several different positions. Thomas has an education in mechanical engineering from Chalmers and a master's degree in economics from Stockholm University. Board positions: Chairman of the Board for Axel Johnson International, AxSol, and Martin & Servera, as well as member of Axfood, Dustin and Novax.
Camilla Wideroth
Camilla has worked within the Group since 2009, first at Axel Johnson International and then at Axel Johnson as Head of Group Financial Control. Prior to that, she worked at KPMG for 15 years, first as an accountant and then as a consultant in connection with the implementation of IFRS in listed companies. Camilla studied international business and economics at Linköping University.

David Salsbäck
David started at Axel Johnson in 2019 after previously serving as Head of Communications for the Bonnier Group. Prior to that, he worked at the communications agency JKL in Stockholm and Brussels. David has an MBA from the Stockholm School of Economics, with a specialization in economics.

Emma Claesson
Emma joined Axel Johnson in 2020. She came most recently from the role as Director of Human Resources at technology consulting company AFRY (formerly ÅF Pöyry). Before that, she was Human Resources Manager at SSAB and for ten years before that, a management consultant at Accenture. Emma studied economics at Uppsala University.

Jacob Wall
Jacob joined Axel Johnson in 2015. He was previously a partner and advisor at ABG Sundal Collier and, prior to that, Senior Vice President and co-founder of Alcur hedge fund, and spent nine years as equity analyst at ABG Sundal Collier and Alfred Berg. He studied financial management, economic history and political science at Stock-holm University and Uppsala University.
