The Allbright Foundation continously follow up on gender equality in Swedish companies, and the latest survey shows that the proportion of women in boards in Swedish listed companies is 33 percent. Today, we can report that Axel Johnson’s companies’ boards has more than 50 percent women in total.
“We are proud that we have more than 50 percent women in total in our group companies’ boards. The reason why more than half of our board members are women is because we have recruited members with the best skills,” said Caroline Berg, chairman of Axel Johnson.
