With Axel Johnson's significant presence in the food sector, we aim to contribute specifically to a positive development within the food system. Therefore, we launched FoodBridge in 2022 as an initiative within Axel Johnson, with the goal of accelerating the transition towards a more sustainable food system.

FoodBridge has a unique network within Axel Johnson's companies, providing opportunities to connect, collaborate, and initiate exciting projects and partnerships. Another important aspect of FoodBridge is early-stage investments in foodtech start-ups with the potential to create positive change. Since start, FoodBridge has made three investments in Petgood, Improvin' and The Mediterranean Food Lab and they countinue to engage with interesting companies and entrepreneurs every day.

In 2023, FoodBridge released a report summarizing the foodtech market, trends, and future insights.
