Axfood’s private label products today account for over 25% of the products sold by store chains, making Axfood leading in private label in the Swedish retail grocery industry. Axfood is constantly adjusting the assortment according to customers’ preferences. Garant is Axfood’s brand for high quality food, with nearly 1000 products in the assortment, including meat, dairy, snacks and vegetables. Axfood’s organic assortment was launched in 2008 under the brand ”Garant Ekologiska varor”. The assortment today holds 300 products, all fulfilling the criterias for Swedish Krav or EU-organic certification.
