Fredrik Persson, President and CEO

Fredrik Persson has an M.Sc. Econ. from the Stockholm School of Economics and an MBA from the Wharthon School in the USA. Prior to that Fredrik was head of research at Aros Securities and previously with ABB Financial Services. Fredrik has been employed by the group since 2000, previous as Executive Vice President anf CFO for Axel Johnson AB.
Directorships: Chairman of Axel Johnson International, Novax, Servera, Svensk BevakningsTjänst , Åhléns ,Mekonomen and Axfood. Director of AxFast, Swedish Trade Federationand (Svensk Handel), Handelsbanken Regional Bank Stockholm and Lancelot Asset Management.

Caroline Berg, Vice President Human Development and Communication.
Caroline Berg focuses on Axel Johnson AB’s long-term leadership succession and external communications. Within the Axel Johnson Group she has sat on boards since the mid-1990s. Employed at Axel Johnson AB and member of Group Management since 2005. Caroline has multi-year experience of work from different media operations and has a degree (B.A.) from Middlebury College in the USA.

Lilian Fossum, Executive Vice President and CFO.
Lilian Fossum has an M.Sc. Econ. from the Stockholm School of Economics. Prior Lilian worked at AB Electrolux as a member of group management, as head of Organizational Development and Human Resources, and as VP, Head of Strategic Pricing within the Major Appliances in Europe business. Lilian has also worked as Executive Vice President and CFO at Spendrups Bryggeri AB and as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company.
